Does Nothing's new CMF phone bend or break in durability test?

Nothing’s latest offering, the CMF Phone 2 Pro, has been met with great enthusiasm since its recent release. Priced at just $279, this Android phone has captured the hearts of many due to its playful design and impressive specifications.

The renowned YouTuber Zack Nelson, known for his JerryRigEverything channel, has now put the CMF Phone 2 Pro to the test in a new durability video. Nelson is famous for subjecting phones to extreme conditions to assess their resilience.

In his examination, Nelson found that the display of the CMF Phone 2 Pro, made of Panda Glass, offers significant scratch resistance similar to Corning’s Gorilla Glass. The phone withstood the box cutter test, but its plastic frame proved to be vulnerable to scratches.

Nelson even showcased his artistic skills by carving a carrot into the phone’s plastic orange back using the box cutter. The device also passed the naked flame test surprisingly well, demonstrating its durability against heat.

During the bend test, the CMF Phone 2 Pro showed remarkable structural integrity, withstanding bending without any major damage. Nelson praised the handset for its innovation, affordability, and expressed anticipation for future CMF releases.
