Ubisoft Releases Star Wars Outlaws Title Update 1.4.0

Ubisoft has rolled out the latest update for Star Wars Outlaws, bringing significant changes to the game. One major improvement is the revamp of stealth sections, removing instant fail conditions and allowing players to fight their way out of tricky situations instead of being sent back to a save point.

In addition to this change, the enemy AI has been adjusted to provide better indicators when players are being detected. This gives players the choice to either retreat and seek cover or engage in combat head-on.

Other notable updates in the patch include the addition of enemy weak points for strategic targeting, the return of Kay’s blaster, increased usage of two-handed weapons, and a new toggle for the cinematic lens for players who prefer a cleaner visual experience.

To attract more players, Ubisoft has included Star Wars Outlaws in their Black Friday sales, offering a 25% discount on the digital version of the game. Physical copies may also see price reductions in select stores.

Our review of the game highlighted its strengths, with Gamoc stating, “Star Wars Outlaws provides an immersive open-world experience set in the beloved Star Wars universe. Despite its imperfections, the game offers a thrilling opportunity to engage in various activities such as stealing, battling the Empire, and exploring alien landscapes.”
